Export the list of invited candidates who did not started the test
Xobin allows users to export all the data in an excel sheet for the candidates who have invited but not started the test.
Login to your account
Go to My Assessments tab and click on the View Reports button for an assessment to export the data.
Clicking View reports option will open all the candidates data associated with that particular assessment. To get the data for candidates invited but not started the test, select the status as All Invited and Sort/Filter by Didnt Start the Test. Hitting Apply filter and search button will display all the candidates data who did not started the test.
Click on Exports button on right upper corner. You'll receive an email with the CSV file containing all the candidate's consolidated data.
