Candidates’ Test Reports - Viewing and Analysing Results

In this guide, we’ll assist you with viewing the candidate's reports for assessments. There are a total of 4 aspects in Test reports -


  1. Viewing all the reports of an assessment
  2. Sort/Filter out the reports on Qualified, Not Qualified, Shortlisted, etc.
  3. Export the test reports data in Excel sheet
  4. Detailed test report of each individual candidate


  1. VIEWING ALL THE REPORTS OF AN ASSESSMENT


1.1. Log in to your account at https://app.xobin.com/signin


1.2. In the left Navbar, Visit the Assessments tab


1.3. In Assessments, you’ll find a View Reports button for every assessment in the Dashboard. Clicking on it will open the report section of that assessment.


1.4. View reports will show the list of all the candidates' reports. Click on the i icon near scores. It’ll display the name, email, integrity score, section-wise scores, skill-wise scores, and qualified/not qualified status of each candidate who has completed the test.





  1. SORT/FILTER OUT THE REPORTS ON QUALIFIED, NOT QUALIFIED, SHORTLISTED, ETC.


2.1. Visit to the Assessments tab


2.2. Go to View Reports for an assessment and you’ll find the entire list of reports who have completed this test.


2.3. On the left side, you can filter/sort out the reports based on qualified, not qualified, Shortlisted, Scores (High to low), etc.


2.4. First select the status as All Completed, then under Sort/Filter select any of the given options to filter the reports and then hit the Apply Filters and Search button.


2.5. Post applying the filter and search (E.G. Qualified candidates), it will display only the list of qualified candidates. Same is the procedure for Not qualified and shortlisted candidates.




2.6. Filtering by dates, integrity score (the score which tells how truthful the candidate was to the test based on offtab violations, device detection, eyegaze movements, etc) can be simply done by adding the score and selecting the date from the calendar in FROM and TO options.



  1. EXPORT THE TEST REPORTS DATA IN EXCEL SHEET


3.1. Go to View Reports for an assessment and you’ll find the entire list of reports.


3.2. To export the data like scores, time taken, name-email id and custom fields etc. of the reports in an Excel sheet, hit the Export on the top right corner and an email will be sent to you with the Export reports CSV file.



  1. DETAILED TEST REPORT OF INDIVIDUAL CANDIDATES


4.1. In Assessments, go to the View reports section of an assessment. Clicking on it will open the report section of that assessment. On the right side of every report, you’ll find the View Full Report option. Clicking on it will open the detailed test report of that particular candidate.


4.2. In the detailed report of a candidate, you’ll find all the details like - Overall score, percentage, section-wise score, time taken for solving each section, proctoring video, activity logs, candidate’s response to each question, etc


4.3. On the left, there are facilities to download individual candidate reports. Either it can be downloaded as a summary or the entire report as a PDF.
