Xobin offers robust interviewing capabilities to streamline your hiring process, with two primary options: AI Interviews and Live Interviews.

AI Interviews

Xobin's AI Interviews feature is designed to save recruiters time by automating the candidate interview process. You can set up an AI interview in two ways:

• Using a Job Description: Provide your own Job Description (JD) to customize the AI interview around your specific requirements.
• Using a Job Role: Simply enter the job role and Xobin's AI will automatically generate a JD and prepare the interview for you.

Once the interview is set up, you can:

• Modify the interview plan to suit your preferences.
• Define the interview experience by adding elements such as ice-breakers and wrap-ups.
• Choose your preferred AI interviewer and interview language.
• Configure interview settings including proctoring, cutoff score, and interview duration.

You can also choose from a range of pre-built templates available for common job roles, making setup even faster.

Live Interviews

For a more personal touch, Xobin also supports live interviews. By navigating to the Live Interviews tab, you can integrate Xobin with popular video conferencing platforms such as Google Meet and Zoom to seamlessly facilitate the interview process.
