What happens to the test in the case of Internet Failure or Power Failure. Can the test be resumed?

Please follow the instructions below:

• For Slow Internet or a brief Internet Outage:

Do not panic in case of internet failure or Slow internet. The timer is paused. The test will auto-connect when the internet is stabilized.  You can click refresh and continue to take the test. Do not try to click the Back Button.

• For Power Failure:

You can click the invitation link in the email and restart from the section you left. All data from the previous section and answers are saved. However, in this case, the timer will run down. If you do not re-enter the test within 20 minutes, your session may expire.
