What happens to my data after I have cancelled the subscription ?

Xobin follows a 7-Year Data Retention Policy unless the customer specifically requests to purge the data. If your subscription expires and you are not planning to renew for a few months, you can re-subscribe anytime in the future to regain access to your previous setup, including question sets and candidate reports.

As per the Service Level Agreement (SLA), the data retention period can range from 3 months to 7 years, depending on the agreed terms and conditions.
