- Total Candidates: The total number of candidates across all tracks within the selected date range.
- Populated Buckets: The number of pipeline stages that currently have candidates in them.
- Top Track Volume: The highest number of candidates in any single track.
A Top Track Snapshot is also displayed, highlighting the track with the most candidates — giving you an instant view of your busiest job opening.
Candidates Added Across Tracks

Current Stage Distribution
A horizontal bar chart showing how candidates are currently distributed across each stage of the hiring pipeline — Applied, Screening, Assessment, Interview, Scorecard, Shortlisted, Final Success, Rejected, and Other.
Use this chart to:
- Identify bottlenecks in your pipeline (e.g. a large number of candidates stuck at the Applied or Screening stage).
- Gauge overall pipeline health and understand how efficiently candidates are progressing through stages.
- Prioritize stages that require immediate attention or follow-up.
Top Tracks by Candidate Volume
A horizontal bar chart ranking your job tracks by the total number of candidates. This helps you quickly identify your highest-demand roles and allocate recruiting resources accordingly.
- In the sidebar, click Analytics.
- Select **Tracks **from the top-left.
- Use the date range button in the top-right to filter analytics by a specific time period.

How to Draw Insights from Tracks Analytics
- Use the Current Stage Distribution chart to spot pipeline bottlenecks and take action — such as moving candidates forward, sending assessments, or scheduling interviews.
- Monitor the Candidates Added Across Tracks chart to evaluate the effectiveness of your sourcing efforts over time.
- Use Top Tracks by Candidate Volume to identify roles with high applicant interest and ensure those tracks are sufficiently resourced.
- The Top Track Snapshot gives you an at-a-glance view of your most active role — useful for daily prioritization.
- Use the Populated Buckets metric to understand how spread out your pipeline is across stages and whether candidates are progressing or accumulating at specific points.
