  1. Super Admin: The Super Admin is the primary Xobin account user with full control and access rights.

Responsibilities:

  • Preview all assessments and view/export test reports from the My Assessments section.
  • Create/edit tests, invite candidates, view/export reports, and manage test settings.
  • Manage billing and finance-related tasks.
  • Manage user accounts, including inviting teammates, revoking invitations, and deleting users.

Access Level:

  • Full access to all features and functionalities of the Xobin platform.


  1. Admin: The Admin is a secondary Xobin account user with specific rights and limitations.

Responsibilities:

  • Preview all assessments and view/export test reports from the My Assessments section.
  • Create/edit tests, invite candidates, view/export reports, and manage test settings.

Limitations:

  • Cannot add other users to the Xobin account.
  • Does not have access to the billing section or finance-related tasks.
  • Full access to assessment-related features but limited administrative rights compared to the Super Admin.


  1. Observer: The Observer has restricted access within the Xobin platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Can only preview assessments and view/export test reports from the My Assessments section.

Limitations:

  • Cannot Create/edit tests, invite candidates,and manage test settings.
  • Cannot add other users to the Xobin account.
  • Does not have access to the billing section or finance-related tasks.
  • Restricted to viewing and exporting assessment reports only.


  1. Test Creator

Responsibilities:

  • Test Creator has the ability to create, view, and edit assessments, but they cannot view or invite any candidates.

Limitations:

  • Cannot invite candidates,and manage test settings.
  • Cannot add other users to the Xobin account.
  • Does not have access to the billing section or finance-related tasks.
