In Campus Hiring, how to share an open link?

In the case of campus recruitment, when the employer is in short of time to share the assessment link to the candidates' email addresses, the open link can be distributed (hosted) at a common place or a website.

So, how to invite a candidate via an open link?

Login to your account. Switch to "My Assessments" tab.



In the "My Assessments", select the assessment that you want to send to the candidates. Click on ''ARROW'' symbol next to "View Reports" button.



Switch to "Open Link" tab. Copy the link using "Copy Link" button, and send it to the candidates manually.



Incase, if you want to conduct the campus drive within a certain time, you can make use of the Set Time For Open Link to set the start time and end time. This makes the open link available only for the particular time that is being set. In this scenario, you have to set the time first and then share the link with the candidates.

Press the "Set Time For Open Link" button. Click on "FROM" field. The calendar along with timer appears. Set your desired date and time. Click on "TO" field. The calendar along with timer appears. Set your desired date and time. Press "SAVE" button to set the time.





The open link is ready along with the timer. Now you can copy the link using "Copy Link" button, and send it to the candidates manually.

If you want to remove the timer, you can simply click on "Delete Link Timer".

Please do not make any changes with the timer or remove the timer, once the link is shared with the candidates. Make sure you do everything before sharing the link with the candidates.
