Overview

Xobin seamlessly integrates with Zoho Recruit, providing recruiters with the convenient ability to send assessments invites directly to candidates from within their Zoho Recruit account interface. This integration streamlines the process by allowing recruiters to effortlessly send assessments to candidates associated with any job opening they have associated within Zoho Recruit.

Upon sending the assessment, candidates receive invitations via email to take up the assessment. Upon completion, Xobin automatically collates and transmits a comprehensive set of data, including scores, proctoring information, and various performance metrics, directly into the recruiter's Zoho Recruit dashboard. This enables recruiters to swiftly access and evaluate candidate performance, aiding them in making informed decisions throughout the hiring process.

Sending a Xobin Assessment in Zoho Recruit

Step 1
Begin by accessing Zoho Recruit and navigating to the profile of the candidate whom you wish to invite to complete a Xobin Assessment



Step 2
Within the candidate's profile, locate and click on the Invite Candidate button situated at the top right corner of the window. Upon clicking, you will be directed to the Xobin Assessment Invite Page.



Step 3
If you have not Logged in to Xobin, you will be asked to Log In before continuing. Enter your credentials and Login



Step 4
Then in the Invite form, where you'll be prompted to input the necessary details for the assessment invite. Please refer to the image provided below for reference.



Step 5
Once all the necessary details for the assessment invitation are filled out, including selecting the assessment to which the invite is to be sent and setting the expiry date if needed (Note that the candidate's name and email will be automatically populated), proceed to click on the Submit button. This action will trigger the automated dispatch of an email invitation to the candidate's provided email address

Step 6
Once the email has been sent, The Candidate’s Details page will be updated with the Assessment Name and Invite Status. Also, A new Xobin Assessments record will be created and updated with the Assessment details and Invite status.

Step 7
After the candidate finishes the assessment, you'll find the detailed report link and various other assessment metrics within the candidate’s Details and the Xobin Assessment page

Congratulations! You have now successfully sent a Xobin assessment invite to a candidate via Zoho Recruit.
