How to Remove or Reset the Expiration Timer for an Open Link

Step 1: Log in to Your Account


  • Use your provided credentials to log in to your Xobin account.


Step 2: Select the Assessment


  • From your dashboard, locate and select the specific assessment for which you want to modify the open link timer.


Step 3: Go to the Send Invitation Section


  • In the assessment options, click on the Send Invitation icon.


Step 4: Access the Open Link


  • Within the Send Invitation section, select Open Link.


Step 5: Modify the Timer


  • Below the open link details, you will find the following options:

  • Regenerate Link: Click here if you want to create a completely new link.

  • Delete Link Timer: Choose this option to remove the expiration timer completely.


Step 6: Reset the Timer (Optional)


  • If you want to set a new expiration timer:

  • Click Set New Dates.

  • Enter the desired new expiration date and time.

  • Click Save to apply the changes.

Additional Tips


  • Removing the timer will make the link permanently active unless you manually deactivate it.
  • Regenerating the link will invalidate the previous link, so inform any recipients about the new link.
