How to move candidates from 1 stage to another?

Filtering out candidates in different stages of the recruitment process is an essential aspect of efficient and effective talent acquisition. It allows hiring teams to focus their efforts on the most promising candidates, ensuring a streamlined hiring process and a higher chance of finding the right fit for the role. In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to effectively filter candidates at various stages, from initial applications to final interviews.

Step 1: Defining Tracks for which you want to shift to different stage:

• Log in to your Xobin account using your credentials.
• Navigate to the Xobin Tracks Section from the left navbar
• On the same screen you can see the Tracks Name Click View Response

Step 2: Moving the candidate to Next Stage

• Select the candidate from the stage (Eg Candidate from Assessed you can use select all feature also)
• Click on Bulk action> Move to next stage
• The Candidate is moved to next stage

Step 3: Alternate Method to Move the Candidate to any or different stage

• Simply Click 3dots beside the Candidate Name
• Click on Move to next Stage
