How to invite a candidate to take up an AI-Interview?
Xobin allows you to invite candidates for AI Interviews using multiple methods based on your hiring needs.
- Go to the AI Interviews section from the left sidebar.

- Locate the interview you want to share and click the Send Invite (paper airplane icon) next to the interview name.
- This opens the invite window where you can choose the preferred invitation method.

Invitation Methods
- Single Invite
- Use this option to invite one candidate at a time.
- Enter the candidate’s name and email address, set the start and end date, optionally add reminder dates, and include a custom message if required.
- Click Send to email the AI Interview invite directly to the candidate.

- Magic Link
- Use Magic Link to manually share the interview without sending an email.
- Copy the generated link and share it through email, chat, or any communication channel.
- You can also share the interview using the QR code, which candidates can scan to start the interview instantly.

- Bulk Invite
- Use Bulk Invite to invite multiple candidates at once.
- Upload a CSV file containing candidate details (Name and Email ID), set the interview start and end dates, add reminders if needed, and include a message.
- Click Send to deliver the interview invites to all candidates listed in the CSV file.

- Resume Upload
- Use this option to invite candidates by uploading resumes.
- You can upload a single resume or a ZIP file containing multiple resumes.
- Supported formats include .pdf, .doc, .docx, and .txt.
- Click Send Invite, and Xobin will automatically extract candidate details and send the AI Interview invitation.

Once sent, candidates receive their AI Interview link and can complete the interview within the defined validity period.
