  1. Results Interpretation

Xobin's psychometric report provides a comprehensive view of a candidate's behavioral traits, strengths, and potential areas of concern. This guide walks you through each section of the report and how to interpret it effectively.

  • Strengths Analysis

The report opens with a Strengths Analysis section that categorizes the candidate's traits into three groups:

    • Strengths: Traits where the candidate has scored high, indicating strong behavioral alignment with the role.
    • Areas of Improvement: Traits that are present but may benefit from further development.
    • Weakness: Traits where the candidate has scored low, indicating potential gaps.

This section gives you a quick, at-a-glance summary of the candidate's overall behavioral profile before diving into the details.

  • Traits

The Traits section displays each assessed trait along with the candidate's score on a visual scale. Each trait is rated from Low to High (or between two behavioral extremes, such as Methodical to Innovative), and the candidate's score is shown as a percentile on the scale.

The dark shaded area on the scale represents the Comparative Leadership Range — where scores of other leaders in similar roles typically fall. This helps you contextualize the candidate's score relative to a benchmark population.
