How to Integrate Zoho Recruit with Xobin?
Overview
Xobin and Zoho Recruit have teamed up to make candidate screening smoother than ever. If you're using Zoho Recruit Enterprise, you can now seamlessly send Xobin assessments to candidates right from your Zoho Recruit platform. Once candidates finish the assessment, their results are automatically sent back to Zoho Recruit. This means no more jumping between platforms to manage assessments - everything happens within Zoho Recruit. Setting up the Xobin extension in Zoho Recruit is a breeze, making your hiring process more efficient than ever before!
Remember, integration has to be done in both Xobin and Zoho Recruit sides, which are explained in detail below. Please follow the instructions to successfully integrate.
Setting up the integration in Xobin
- Start by heading to your Xobin Dashboard. Click on the Settings menu from the Left Side menu bar. Once in the Settings page, find the Integrations Tab, which should be on the top right corner of the page as shown.
- Below in the integration tab, you'll find the Zoho Recruit integration. Click on the dropdown button and then click on the Generate API Key button. This action will integrate your Xobin account with Zoho Recruit.
- Now, log in to your Zoho Recruit account. You'll be asked to give permission to Xobin to connect with Zoho Recruit. Just click Accept to grant this permission.
- After you've clicked Accept, you'll be taken back to Xobin. Your API Key and Xobin Domain name will be generated. That’s it! You’ve now successfully integrated Xobin and Zoho Recruit.
Setting up the integration in Zoho Recruit
- Begin by accessing your Zoho Recruit account and navigate to the Setup menu. Within the Setup Page, locate the option labeled Marketplace and click on it.
- In the Marketplace, search for Xobin Assessments for Zoho Recruit. Select Xobin Assessments for Zoho Recruit from the results displayed
- Once selected the Extension, Accept the Terms of Service and Click on the Install button. Follow the prompts to complete the installation, which includes selecting the specific users or profiles you wish to integrate with Xobin.
- Once the integration is installed, A modal pops up displaying the Extension Settings prompting to enter the Xobin Domain Name. Here, paste the Xobin Domain Name you copied from the Xobin’s Settings page. And Click on Save.
