How to check available assessment invites, interview invites, user invites?

The Credits panel in Xobin gives you a real-time snapshot of how many invites, AI evaluations, interviews, and API calls your account has consumed versus what is available in your plan. This article walks you through accessing and understanding the Usage Overview.

• Step 1 — Log In and Go to the Dashboard

1. Open your browser and navigate to your Xobin account URL.
2. Log in with your credentials.
3. You will land on the Home / Dashboard page by default.

• Step 2 — Click the Credits Dropdown

1. In the top-right corner of the navigation bar, locate the Credits button (shown with a credit card icon).
2. Click on Credits to open the Usage Overview dropdown.

• Step 3 — Review the Usage Overview Dropdown & Click "View Billing" for Detailed Breakdown

1. Once clicked, a dropdown panel labelled Usage overview appears. It displays a summary of consumption across all major features available in your plan.
2. At the bottom of the dropdown, click View billing →.
3. This opens the full Billing page with an in-depth breakdown per product.

• Step 4 — Review Assessments Details, AI Interview Details and Users Details

On the Billing page, you can scroll down and view all the credits (marked as Purchased):

Assessments

1. Invites — Shows remaining invites out of your total plan limit. Example: 1,516 remaining out of 6,000.
2. Usage Count — Shows how many AI evaluations have been used out of the total limit. Example: 6,984 remaining out of 10,000.

AI Interviews

1. Invites — Remaining AI interview invites out of your plan limit. Example: 4 remaining out of 500.
2. Usage Count — Shows API calls consumed out of the total allowed. Example: 1,083 remaining out of 2,000.

Users

1. Invites — Remaining User invites out of your plan limit. Example: 4 remaining out of 10.
