How to Automatically Move a candidate from one stage to another based on conditions ?

Moving candidates between stages in the recruitment process using automation offers several benefits that contribute to a smoother and more efficient hiring process some key reasons why automating candidate movement between stages is important: Streamlined Workflow, Time Savings, Consistency, Enhanced Candidate Experience, Improved Tracking and Reporting

Step 1: Defining Track Details:

• Log in to your Xobin account using your credentials.
• Navigate to the Xobin Tracks Section from the left navbar

• Initiate the process by selecting the Track (Eg: Angular Developer).

Step 2: Access the Automation Settings

• Clicking on View Responses will open a new pop-up there you can see various Stages
• Click on any one Stage (Eg Assessment) > Setting

Step 3: Create a Automation Rule

• By clicking on setting icon a pop-up will occur
• In Auto Advance Select the action you want to be performed when the trigger conditions are met. (Eg Overall percentage)
• If everything looks correct, activate the rule. Save Changes finalize the automation.
