How to Auto Reject a candidate based on conditions?
Automating the candidate rejection process helps streamline your recruitment workflow while ensuring a respectful experience for applicants. This feature saves time, improves operational efficiency, and strengthens your employer brand by keeping candidates informed throughout the hiring process. Follow the steps below to set up automated rejection in Xobin:-
- Log in to Your Account
- Go to: https://app.xobin.com/signin
- Sign in using your credentials.
- Navigate to the Tracks Tab
- From the sidebar, click Tracks (Jobs).
- Click on the name of the relevant track.

- Access the Automation Settings
- In the sidebar, click Pipeline.
- Click the settings icon for the stage you want to configure.

- Create an Automation Rule
- Click the icon below the selected stage as shown.

- On the right side, click Auto Reject.
- Click + Add Condition.

- Select the parameter and define the condition that will trigger automatic rejection.
- Optionally, customize the rejection email by clicking Edit Email message.
- Click + Add Condition to include additional conditions as needed.
- Click Save.
- Click Home at the top to return to the dashboard.
