Creating a Psychometric Test on Xobin

Xobin provides a powerful platform for creating and conducting psychometric assessments with ease. Psychometric tests are valuable tools for evaluating candidates, employees, or students — offering insights into cognitive abilities, personality traits, and other relevant factors. Follow the steps below to create a psychometric assessment on Xobin.


  1. Log In to Your Account


  1. Navigate to the Assessments Tab
  • In the sidebar, click Assessments.
  • Find the required track and click the edit (pen) icon next to it.


  1. Open the Assessment Builder
  • Click + Create **new assessment**.
  • Select Create From Scratch to open the assessment creation area.




  1. Add Psychometric Skills
  • Click + Add Section.
  • In the sidebar, select Psychometric.
  • Browse the available domains and click on the required skill, or use the search bar to find it directly.


Note:

You can add only one section to psychometric assessment.You cannot customize the number of questions for a psychometric skill.

  1.  Save the Assessment
  • Click Create assessment.


  • Configure the Name, Description, Registration Form, and Proctoring settings for the assessment.
  • A pop-up window will appear where you can rename the assessment if needed.





  • Click Launch Assessment — your assessment is now ready. Invite candidates via Email or share an Open Link.
  • Click the eye icon to preview the assessment before sending it out.
